Honestly, this felt just like a cheap street hotel. The facilities were lacking: weak air conditioning, no toothbrush, a water heater that didn't work, and cheap condiments. Housekeeping responded slowly, and the toilet rolls seemed to have been reused. I wouldn't spend my money here.

The staff made me feel at home and were excellent, but the rooms need proper upkeep and refurbishment. The bathroom ceiling has a piece missing, some door knobs are broken, the furniture needs repainting, and the towels could be whiter. Take care of those basic quality issues and I could see this being worth four stars.

After a long flight, we landed in KK at midnight exhausted and hoped to find a room. The reception was unbelievably cold. When I asked if anything was available, they went inside as if to check with someone, then came back and said, “TIADA, SEMUA PENUH TRY DI SKY HOTEL” in a rude tone. Hahaha, what great hospitality. Sabahan jangan bah kamu begini, apatah lagi kerja di hotel. Astaga!

The floor team acted very quickly, but the sales team was unprofessional and no help at all. The hotel amenities are poor, especially the air conditioning in the event room. My team won't be coming back to host an event here. A big no.

Parking and the location were okay, but the venue is old and unclean. We had to ask for it to be vacuumed, and the event hall was very hot because the air conditioning wasn't working properly. We came for an event, and the sales team's service was unprofessional and unhelpful.
