I only booked two nights, but the place won me over and is now one of my favorite hotels. It was affordable, clean, comfortable, and looked new and well cared for. Getting around was easy thanks to the location. From outside, the entrance looked uninviting, and I expected something more like a hostel. Inside was a different story, a good reminder not to judge a place by its cover. You can hear planes overhead, which could bother light sleepers or people startled by sudden sounds. Since the airport is right in KK city, that’s to be expected. I didn’t mind it much. For the price, comfort, and cleanliness, I’d gladly come back.

LINDA really stood out during my stay at Cottonhouz by Ayuhouz. She was warm, attentive, and professional, and her care made the whole visit better. Everything else went smoothly too, with a comfortable setting and service that met a high standard. I had a great stay and would recommend the hotel.
10/10
The car park felt secure and well looked after, though I couldn’t find the parking office when I wanted to ask about reserving or renting a particular space. That was my only point of confusion. The room was spotless and comfortable, the service was top notch, and the location is hard to beat. Imago mall is right across the road, with restaurants and convenience stores such as 7eleven downstairs. I had an otherwise flawless stay and highly recommend Cottonhouz by Ayuhouz.
4/10
My room was clean and well kept, but the strong smell of urine in the lift and entrance made the stay unpleasant. I told the receptionist, yet nothing changed during my three days there. Management should take this seriously and make sure the cleaners do their work consistently every day.

The staff were so friendly and always smiling, and the hotel was very clean. Imago shopping mall is only a short walk away, and there’s basement parking. I’d highly recommend it.
