OYO Home 90372 Greybirds Hostel

I couldn't get to the hotel after booking because it was impossible to locate. There's no street signboard, and nobody answered the phone. I'm sure it may be a good hotel, but you can't find it, haha. I gave it three stars since I never saw the rooms.

I stayed just one night, and it was hard to find the place. The sign is small, and the hotel is on the third floor. I've stayed at other Oyo brand hotels that were better. Reception isn't open 24 hours, so I had to call to check in, though they apologized. My room was dusty. There was a dispenser for hot and lukewarm water, and a towel in the room. I didn't get bathroom items like a toothbrush. There were bottles labeled as shampoo and other things in the shower, but they were empty, so I didn't use them and brought my own. The towel rail needs fixing, and something was blocking the toilet floor drain, so the water wouldn't go down. For payment, there's no credit or debit card machine, only cash or online transfer.

Don't book this hotel. It was closed, nobody answered when I called, and locals said it wasn't open anymore. Booking ahead wasted my time and money.

The service from the staff and the whole setup was awful. I couldn't call the number through the Oyo app. They didn't ask when I was checking out, took my stuff without permission, and tried to unlock my room without knocking first.
