The staff were friendly, and I enjoyed my stay. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, though the furniture and hotel as a whole could use refurbishment. There was a constant smoke smell in the hallway. I assume smoking is allowed in rooms, since mine had an ashtray.

The staff and location are good, but the room had a really bad smell and air quality. They should deal with the mold. The corridor smelled of cigarettes too, though it was still better than the room.

It's a small building, but it still looks good and sits near a shopping mall. There are plenty of things to find around here, especially local food nearby inside Plaza Shell, at D'Place Kinabalu.

I stayed in a family room with three super single beds. The water heater and air conditioning both worked well, and there are places to get food nearby. It's a budget place to stay.

Right in the center of Kota Kinabalu, with everything close by, and the price is cheap. The accommodation is well equipped with a water heater, air conditioner, TV, iron and ironing board, plus an elevator.
