I didn't expect the room to look so different from the website. The walls had dirty spots that nobody seemed to have tried to clean, and the wallpaper was torn. During our two-night stay, I didn't expect a room cleaner to come and do housekeeping. I really don't recommend staying here for long, because it isn't worth the money.

The room had a king-size bed and a big, clean toilet. The Wi-Fi, TV, aircon, elevator, and kettle were all available and working. Customer service responded quickly during their working hours, 8am-12am. They hadn't provided a towel at first, but after I reported it, they brought me a big, clean one quickly. Still, if you have trouble sleeping, I wouldn't recommend staying here. It's beside a highway, and you can definitely hear lots of cars passing while you're asleep.

The hotel is on the 4th floor above Clinic Katalina. As I expected from the reviews, the Wi-Fi didn't work and cleanliness was poor. There was so much hair on the toilet seat it looked as if someone had cut their hair there, and there was hair under the comforter too. The bidet was broken. Hopefully things improve.

The bathroom mirror still had toothpaste splashes from the previous guest. The bedroom was very dirty too. They hadn't cleaned it or changed the bedsheet, which still had hair and a hair gel stain from the previous occupant.

Even though it was cheap and I only stayed one night, the service was very poor and they couldn't meet basic customer needs. The table, chair, and bed were all dusty, and they gave us just one towel. What kind of service is that?
