The room was spacious, but we had to check out early because the water was disrupted. No water at all, what a joke. There was nobody at reception to complain to, so we left the key and won't return. This is the closest place to Hospital Raja Perempuan Zainab 2, which makes it all the more disappointing. I understood it was a budget hotel and paid just RM 72 a night, expecting only basic facilities. No towels or toiletries was fine, but no water is another matter. It's in the capital, which proudly calls itself Bandar Raya Islam. Double shame.

Stayed for three days and it was comfortable enough for me. The staff were really nice and helpful, so I can't complain. PSK PASAR SITI KHADIJA, BEREK 12, linney nasi kerabu and suriani nasi kukus are very close, along with plenty of other places. You can walk to most nearby attractions. Grab to kb bus station cost rm 9, or rm5 to PSK pasar siti khadija, though walking is best.

For a business trip when you're moving quickly, the booking process was a bad experience. The phone number listed on Google wasn't even the right one for the place, so I had to look on its Facebook page to find the correct number. Also, if you're driving yourself, expect to need a lot of patience with how slowly things move around the state.

Checked in on 3 May 2025 for three days. Really good stay, with nice staff and a very clean room 👍👍

The bed was comfy, and the room felt cozy. It had a water heater, working air conditioning and TV, plus an iron was provided. Bring your own extension plugs. The receptionist welcomed us with a big smile and good manners. Good service.
