The privacy and small pool were nice, and the complimentary breakfast made it suitable for a short family getaway. There was even a mini fridge in the cheapest room. We had a good experience overall, though a few things could be improved. There was no bedside lamp, so my family had to sleep with the light on. The queen bed also felt small compared with king beds I’ve had at other hotels, even cheaper ones.

I’m sharing this to warn future customers about an unfair practice so they don’t end up in the same situation. You don’t have to be a guest to hear about this real experience. The service was so frustrating. Even established sites like Agoda and Airbnb refund customers if there’s a cancellation. The owner took the booking deposits without explaining the terms. Only after the money was paid did he say there would be no refund, changes, or cancellations. That’s unfair, especially during the pandemic, and he showed no flexibility. The people involved felt very disappointed and badly treated. He should refund them. I can only hope his business lasts longer. :/ #duitharam

The service was bad, and the staff could hardly speak English. We were given a different room from the one we booked, and there was no Wi-Fi. The windowsills were covered in mouse droppings, and the beds were stained, with hair and ants in them.

One villa has five rooms, and it feels a lot like a hotel. There’s privacy, plus a small swimming pool that’s well maintained. Very nice!
