Hotel Mewah Impiana

The air conditioner wasn't cooling properly, so I reported it. Even though it was late at night, the staff responded quickly and brought an air cooler to the room. They also offered to move us if that was needed. Really appreciated how promptly they handled it.

For RM130, the room fits three people and comes with an iron and hair dryer. Clean, and I was satisfied.

The lobby is spacious and comfortable, and we had a nice view from our roomy room. There's a water dispenser too. Our iron didn't work, but the receptionist was nice and got us a replacement. The bathroom floor is slippery. I enjoyed the stay, and it's a good option if you're after a budget hotel.

The staff were friendly and polite, and the rooms were clean with cold air conditioning. The room did smell of old furniture, though, and the toilet floor was dangerously slippery. I nearly fell twice during my two-night stay. There were just two power outlets, one taken up by the water dispenser. The other was connected to an extension cable that sparked whenever I switched it on. It gave me a small shock, so I stopped using it. A basic stay if that's all you need.
