After I paid a deposit and got confirmation, the owner/hotelier cancelled my booking. We arrived with nowhere to stay and no way to reach the owner, which was hugely inconvenient. There was no reception or lobby at the location, and the owner, "Zul", wasn’t answering his phone. I could only get in touch through the security guard, using the same number. I’d booked and paid in good faith, and found the whole experience infuriating and highly unprofessional.

Check-in was easy, and the apartment was spacious and clean. It had one large bed, a single bed and a sofabed. The sofabed needs another mattress pad because the springs poke into your back. There were plenty of pillows and blankets, and the big swimming pools were the best part.

The swimming pool is quite big for kids, and it’s a good place to stay for a holiday. I’d recommend it, though the accommodation should have at least 3 rooms. Thanks.
