The owner was friendly and even gave us keropok as a souvenir. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable for our big family. Every room had air conditioning and its own toilet. There was also a washing machine, cooking utensils, microwave and water filter, plus two towels in each room and extra pillows, blankets and a mattress. Parking space was spacious. The road from the main road to the homestay is narrow, though that seems normal for the area, so take care driving in and out. The living room has no air conditioner and gets a bit hot when watching TV or eating at the dining table. The fan remote didn’t work, so I couldn’t tell whether the fan was already on its highest setting.

The water pump was the main issue. It makes a somewhat noisy, disturbing sound when someone uses it. Otherwise, the house was comfortable, with a nice bedroom setup and everything needed for cooking. The air conditioning was good, but the living hall doesn’t have it. The rest was great.

The owner was great, and there’s ample parking. All the rooms have air conditioning, and the pantry is well equipped, including a Cuckoo water dispenser. It’s very close to Pasar Malam Wakaf Che Yeh, Aeon and the city centre. This is the best homestay in KB I’ve stayed in, and I recommend it.

The road leading to the house is a little cramped, but it was an awesome place to stay. The owner was generous, gave us some gifts before we left, and offered tips and suggestions for tourist attractions. The place felt cozy.

It’s a great house, but the inside was unacceptably dirty. The hot water system makes an atrocious noise, and the internet isn’t great.
