Our room was spacious for two and clean enough, and the water pressure was high. The water smelled like iron; even after flushing it before a bath, I could still smell it after showering. There's no lift, so pregnant women, older people and parents with babies should consider that or ask for a ground-floor room. There is parking around the hotel.

The hotel is on the outskirts, not in the middle of KB town, and parking is available within the compound. Our room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping cleaned it and changed the towels every day. It would be helpful if they also replenished the water bottles and coffee daily. Bring your own toiletries. And please throw away the table in room 6. It's an eyesore and has seen better days.

Our first hotel cancelled because of the water shortage, so we booked this place at the last minute. We were glad we did. It was clean and nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's farther from the main attractions than some other hotels, but we'd definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a few days. After a few hours in the room, we noticed something like paper dust sticking to our clothes. On the first night, I saw a cockroach, though I couldn't tell if it came from outside or inside. Ants swarming around food after a few hours seems common here, which may be why there are insect repellents in the lobby. There is a bakery and some kedai makan nearby, plus a vending machine at the entrance.

Come on over, you won't regret staying here. It's a really nice place and the best budget hotel I've stayed in. The Muslim owner was very nice and helpful. It's a few KM from the city centre.
