The place was uncomfortable and the cleanliness was awful. The floors throughout the unit were dusty, and the bed sheets had yellow and brown stains. Some of the bath towels smelled bad. There was no toilet paper, and the bathroom sink and hose leaked and made an annoying noise that disturbed our sleep at night. In the living room, the large standing fan was there, but the TV remote had no battery. The air conditioning throughout the unit wasn't cool, and all the remote controls were out of battery, so we couldn't adjust the temperature. The owner didn't provide even a simple padlock for the main gate, which didn't feel safe.

There’s no lift, so this may be difficult for older people. After 11 pm there’s no room service or reception, and check-in or checkout is handled through a password box. No bottled water was provided in the room. I stayed in a family room with two king beds. It was huge, with enough room to run around, and the lobby is an open area where you can see outside through the building design. The bed itself is hard, which might suit people looking after their spine.

The place is a bit small and old, though it has the basic utilities. There was a strange moldy smell from the ceiling, but it went away after a little while. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the rate was super cheap, so it seemed reasonable.

For what I paid, I couldn't ask for more. It's in a great spot, the room is big and spacious, and both the air conditioning and hot shower worked perfectly. Good value, recommended.

The room smelled, the toilet was clogged, and the receptionist was unresponsive even though he was there. Really poor service. I can barely give it a star.
