The price isn't bad, and the place is spacious and works well for a family. But the house wasn't cleaned properly. There was hair in the bathroom and used ice left in the refrigerator.

Mr. Fendi was helpful, and the house was comfortable enough for a night's sleep. Still, I booked PT1116 through Agoda and was told close to arrival that I would be staying at PT1109 instead. The master bedroom took a long time to cool down, there were lots of mosquitoes, and using the oven caused a short circuit that cut the power to the whole house. PCB isn't especially close, so you'll need to drive there. Fitting all three cars inside was difficult because the gate and entrance are off to the side rather than centered.

Decent price and nice enough, with room for 7-8 people.

I ended up with bedbugs after sleeping on one of the mattresses.
