🙂 The place was clean, and the parking is close to the lift. 😌 It may not really sleep six, though. The futon is only suitable for one person.

We stayed one night, and were happy with this nicely decorated, homely place. It was clean and tidy, just like the pictures, and the price was reasonable. All the listed amenities were there. We’ll come back again, and would recommend it.

The location made getting around easy, whether on foot or by car, and ordering Grab food or finding the condo was simple too. It’s a new condo right in the town center, with a lovely view, a very large pool, and a spacious house. The owner was very good, and cleanliness was top notch. We stayed from 12/12 to 14/12 and would love to stay again when we return to KB.

A great big pool for both adults and children, plus an extra bed. The studio is lovely and nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, and low density. Cutlery is provided, and the owner is friendly, with easy check-in and check-out. It’s easy to access and within walking distance of the legendary breakfast spot "milo tunggeng". There’s 24 x 7 security. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Kota Bharu.

With two cars, this place is a poor fit. The two-bedroom unit comes with only one parking space, and finding another nearby is very difficult. Be prepared to spend extra if you get an unexpected summons.
