Studio One Bedroom KTC

The room was nothing like the beautiful pictures on Google and Agoda. The building felt abandoned, with empty units around mine, and I was the only person on that floor for both nights. It felt really unsafe. The bathroom was filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned. There were creams left there that seemed meant for guests, but they were already three years expired. I complained to the owner, who was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. I reported it to Agoda too, but nothing was done, which was really disappointing. Staying there felt like being in an abandoned building. I strongly DO NOT recommend it. Avoid at all costs!
