Super OYO 89771 Dane & Shue

In Room 203 (Twin Bed), water was already pooling across the floor from a leak in the wall. We asked to move and there was a better room on the first floor, but its curtain was only half-sized, so we stayed in the problem room and asked for towels to soak up the water. The broken tap meant the sink couldn't be used. By the next day, the leak had spread almost halfway across the room toward the door. We also found a cockroach under the bed. The mattress felt grainy and was in poor condition, and each bed had only one pillow.

The manager ignored my messages when I complained. I hadn't been told that the two-bedroom unit had just one air conditioner, in only one room. There's no Wi-Fi, and the whole place was dirty, with dusty sofas, cockroaches, and spider webs. There was no stove, the toilet doors were broken, and there were signs of leaks, with paint peeling from the walls and ceilings. The cupboard was broken, and I couldn't tell whether the extra pillows and blankets had been washed. The curtain fell down because it was broken, and the TV seemed to be there just for decoration since it wouldn't turn on. There was no light in the top-floor hallway or staircase. I really don't recommend this homestay.

The service was okay, but the room was awful. The shower had good pressure and temperature, which was the one bright spot. The bedding was dirty and unhygienic, with hair and ants around it and unknown yellow stains. The bathroom sink was dirty and there were cockroaches there too. The curtains only covered part of the window, leaving guests without proper privacy while changing.

Everything about this hotel is bad. Avoid booking on Sunday, when there's a market and lots of people block your car.
