The room had good space and facilities, including a heater, ceramic cup for hot drinks, and fast internet. The receptionist was friendly too. But at check-in they charged me an extra, non-refundable RM24 housekeeping fee. It wasn't included in the room price or deposit when I booked through OYO or another booking site. I had to pay RM100 deposit, RM24 housekeeping, and RM70 for the room. The explanation was that the hotel loses money on bookings through OYO and similar sites, since they keep a large share and the hotel gets very little. Maybe that's why, but a guest who has just arrived isn't likely to feel happy or sympathetic hearing that story, haha. If you know about the fee beforehand, this probably won't be your first choice. Apart from that extra housekeeping charge, the inn is good.

It's tucked away in a housing area. The room was really large and clean, with a long TV, cool air conditioning, and a nice ceiling.
