Borneo Vista Suites by BV Hotel

I paid a small amount and got a suite with a master bedroom and a single room. The hotel was nice, with a good infinity pool and gym. Just be careful if you’re checking out in the evening. Traffic outside the lobby gets really bad, partly because of the poor traffic design there, so leave early.

The toilet was the worst part. It smelled bad and was blocked, with waste coming out. We called several times but got no answer. Someone came the next morning and said they couldn’t fix it until the day after. How were we supposed to shower? We asked for a refund and didn’t get one. Everything was dirty, from the bed and floor to the linen and kitchen appliances. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’d never stay here again, and I hope other customers avoid it too. A complete nightmare.

There’s a good amount of room in the suites, so they suit groups of more than two people. The living room has plenty of space and a day bed, while the dining area comes with cutlery, pots, cups, and a two-door fridge. The bathroom can get wet beyond the shower area because of its design.

My family booked a room at bv hotel, but the door was broken. I don’t understand why they would assign us a room like that. The service was bad, and I wouldn’t recommend bv hotel. SKY HOTEL is in the same building and is better, though I don’t know why the service at bv hotel is so poor.
