For the price, this hotel is acceptable. My room was clean enough, and they provided two bottles of drinking water, soap, and shampoo. Centre Point Sabah is very close and an easy walk away. Parking is the downside: it’s a nightmare, and DBKK charges for it through an in-app coupon.

It's a cheap hotel room, so I didn't expect much. The location is central, and you can walk to nearby attractions including the handicraft market, Filipino market, safma kk, and todak waterfront.

The staff are really nice, and the hotel has a lift. It's a real budget place, though, and the environment wasn't very good for me. If you want a clean, comfortable hotel, you may want to reconsider. Maybe the hotel could do some renovation if the budget allows.

Good location if you like shopping. CP mall is close enough to walk to, and the hotel is also near the night market, Suria Mall, and lots of places to eat.

The staff provided good service, and there's working air conditioning and a TV, plus two bottles of drinking water and a kettle. The hotel is in a business area, with plenty of parking only after the shops close at night. My room and the rest of the interior were in bad shape and looked poorly maintained, although the lobby looked good. The hot shower in my room was broken.
