The only things I liked were the low room rate and the Wi-Fi. The room was really dirty, though. The bed and pillows smelled so bad we nearly felt sick, and even the bathroom was extremely unclean. It felt like I was staying in a garbage dump. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. (MAR 29,2019)
The room was nice and clean.
The service was good.
The room's cleanliness was disappointing, with cigarette butts and cockroaches inside. The toilet wasn't very pleasant either, though that could be improved. On the plus side, the price is very cheap and the cashier is really friendly. There's a main road nearby, so getting a Grab is easy, and there are lots of 24-hour shops, two ATMs, restaurants and 24-hour mamak places around.
Please work with the government health department and keep an eye on these premises, especially on compliance with labor and human resources laws. People are struggling to work, and it's a shame not to take that into account. Please cooperate, monitor the situation and take action.
