A clean, comfortable apartment in the heart of Kota Kinabalu, with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a complete kitchen, laundry facilities and housekeeping. It has three bedrooms, one attached bathroom and one shared bathroom. It's convenient and secure, and I'd recommend it for families or longer stays. The first time you look for the apartment, you'll need help from Security.

I wouldn't recommend this place for a family or anyone looking for somewhere to stay in kk. The house was dirty and poorly maintained, and the area felt noisy and scary.

The room was spacious, but the building was much more crowded than I expected. I could open it without asking, though it was incomplete.
