The hotel has no lift, which could be a problem with heavy bags or elderly family members, though the staff helped when needed. The rooms were clean and looked after, and the staff were friendly. Check-in and checkout went smoothly, the service met expectations, and the facilities were satisfactory. It felt welcoming and relaxing, and the stay was comfortable and pleasant overall. There are a few small things that could be improved, but it felt like good value. I'd consider staying again.

My room faced the main road, so the cars and motorcycles were loud and kept going at night, making it hard to sleep. That's the only downside. The place itself is cozy and comfortable, with posh, modern rooms that feel elegant and sophisticated. The bed and pillows were super comfy and clean, and the bathrooms have been updated with a more modern look. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and gave me lots of information before I headed off. Totally worth staying here.

I enjoyed the coffee and waffle with ice cream. The place feels cozy, a nice spot for some quiet time, and the service was good.

The staff were friendly and gave clear guidance, and the affordable place sits by an intersection with plenty of food spots around it. A few things brought my rating down: the TV only showed static, and the coffee shop downstairs was closed even though Google Maps showed it open. The large keychain on the key wasn't an access card like I thought, my room had no toothpaste, and one electrical outlet was loose.
