I spent a week in a double room while back in Sabah to visit relatives. It was a great stay, though there are things to improve. There weren't two keycards for the room, which was inconvenient, and I couldn't leave the DND display on because taking out a keycard also switched it off. The room had the necessary amenities except for a fridge and safe, which is why I gave four stars.

The parking space was amber, and my stay was peaceful. Everything else was fine.

I stayed two nights. The room was okay, parking was fine, and they changed the towels and refilled the bottled water the next day. The doorbell didn't work, I couldn't call other rooms by phone, and the WiFi was slow. Some towels I used had stains, but the hotel treated them as damaged and charged me for them.

It was quiet and a nice place to disappear to while travelling, and the rooms were spacious for the price. The entrance can be tricky to find at this new hotel, but once inside the surroundings are peaceful. They're upgrading the facilities and decor. You may need to pay a small deposit for things like an iron that isn't in the room. Breakfast wasn't worth getting up for, though the happy hour drinks are a grab for anyone who likes to guzzle.
