The place is nice and quiet, but the water heater doesn't get very hot even on the hot setting. Maybe it needs servicing. I waited 15 minutes to check out and called 14 times without an answer. They should have someone cover the counter when the other person needs to use the toilet or pray. Also, customer information is left on the counter where anyone can see it.

I booked this for a business trip because I had less than 10 hours before my connecting flight. The place was cozy and service was good, but I couldn't sleep at all. I'm a light sleeper, and people kept coming and going all night. Staff were changing towels sometime between 1am and 5am, with lots of noise from doors opening and closing, sneezing, and coughing. I could hear people snoring all night too 😴

I had a long layover, and this was the only locker I could find at KK airport. For 6h, I paid 79RM and could leave two bags without an extra charge. The service was very good and it met my needs, though the locker was a bit pricey. A public locker would be great.

Not the coolest spot, I had to use my own fan, but it works fine for resting while you wait for a flight.

For a short layover, this was convenient and comfortable. Napzone is behind KFC at KKIA, with separate male and female dorm areas and stays from 3 to 24 hours. I paid RM108 for 9 hours. The fee included a shower, towel, blanket, Wi-Fi, hot and cold drinking water, a locker that fit one medium and one small bag, and use of a massage chair. The place was clean too.
