Qlio Hotel

The staff were the one decent part of the stay. They did try to be somewhat helpful, probably because they felt bad about our choosing this hotel. Everything else was awful. The photos and ratings for the hotel and rooms were misleading, and our room was filthy, with dust all over the walls and some flat surfaces so thickly coated it must have been there for months or maybe years. The A/C barely worked and made popping sounds all day and night. The shower leaked across the tiny bathroom floor, and the hot water lasted less than two minutes before turning ice cold. The towels were paper thin and felt like sandpaper. The toilet paper rolls were so small a family would use one up in half a day. When we went to the front desk for more, they gave us just one roll. The safe didn't work either. I figured out it needed new batteries, which they did provide.

They kept my luggage after check-out, and there are water dispensers available. I had a nice stay at Qlio Hotel, with a clean, comfortable room in a good spot near Night Market and Gaya Street. The corridors are narrow and smell of, well, people! Otherwise everything was very good.

The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and access is secure since you need a key card to reach your room's floor. I've stayed at Qlio more than three times. There isn't a sea view or anything like that, but it's still worth staying here. Thanks, Qlio, you guys are the best. I'd definitely recommend Qlio Hotel.

The location is really convenient, with easy access and a night pasar nearby. I stayed for more than 30 days and had no complaints. All the staff were helpful and friendly.
