There was no Wi-Fi, the TV box remote was broken, and the master bedroom air conditioner blinked and blew hot air. The shower had weak pressure, with water dripping down the pipe. Customer service wouldn't talk by phone and only used WhatsApp. After I messaged, they said they needed to check with the owner. This was the worst family trip experience.

The rooms were a real problem: the old air conditioners barely cooled them, so we relied on ceiling fans that didn't help much, and the bathrooms had visible stains and felt dirty. We spent two nights as a family in a four-bedroom unit at The Loft Imago. It's spacious and nicely designed, especially the living room and kitchen, and the garden and pool were good for family time. Being in the same building as the mall made shopping very convenient. There's potential here, but maintenance needs serious improvement for a comfortable stay.

Honestly, it was a mess. The place was poorly maintained, customer service was bad, and the Block B security guard was really rude. Hardly a decent experience.

The place didn't seem well maintained, and cleanliness was just average. We found hair still on the bathroom drain cover, though there was no odd smell. The bathroom was small, and everything gets wet when you shower; there were no hooks behind the door for hanging things. We stayed in unit E-3A-8. It has two rooms, one with a queen and a single bed plus an attached bathroom, and a smaller one with two singles. The other bathroom is small too. The balcony faces the highway, with KK Sentral and Ming Garden Hotel in view. The living room is spacious and has two air conditioners. In the wet kitchen there's a washing machine with powder provided, plus a water dispenser, fridge, and microwave. The dispenser isn't connected directly to the water supply, so you need to switch modes. The washing machine can dry clothes, but its cool-down period takes at least four hours. Check-in was easy: we got the keys from the mailbox, followed the parking instructions, and the unit is on the same level as the parking, a straight walk through the lift lobby. It was an OK stay.
