The hostel is great, and if there's an issue you can always call them. The location given isn't quite precise, though, and it's a bit hard to find. It's on the main road Jalan Sinsuran, but there's only a tiny sign on the wall saying escape backpacker. You'll need to go upstairs.

The room had a proper backpacker feel, which I liked. Finding the place was tricky, though: the sign says Backpacker Hostel rather than EB2 Hostel, and it's up on the third floor. Be ready to take the stairs, there's no lift.

A handy city location, close to the seaside and restaurants. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast had warm options. Toilets and showers were just average.
