Harper Boutique Hotel At Sutera Avenue

The rooftop has a rather large swimming pool, which is nice, but it’s quite dirty because 99% of people bathe in regular clothes instead of swimsuits. People drink all day in T-shirts and pants, then get into the pool in the same clothes without showering first. Men and women both do it. I’ll never understand how people can be such pigs. The Homestay B 10-29 accommodation was quite nice, with clean rooms, although the bathroom was a bit dirty, not too bad. The air conditioning worked well and the water pressure was strong. Sometimes there was noise from upstairs. But entering the building meant facing a really big, very annoying stench from the garbage cans. I don’t understand why the apartment owners don’t do something about it. It’s disgusting.
