2/10
The hotel smelled really bad and was very dirty, with mold in both the bedroom and bathroom. We found another hotel as soon as we arrived. The staff didn't seem surprised that we checked out straight away.

10/10
The room was spacious, but there was no minibar, hanger, or hot water. Check-in requires a RM50 deposit, and getting to the room means using a narrow staircase, which could be inconvenient for an older person.

6/10
It's one of the most affordable hotels around, in a prominent and convenient location, so it may suit a budget traveller who just needs somewhere to sleep at night. Everything else is basic. The towel smelled a bit, and there was dust on the floors and the headrest.

8/10
It’s handy for the minivans, and the price was fairly reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable. Just be aware that some rooms face streetlights; they didn’t bother us since we sleep heavily.

The front desk staff were very unfriendly, especially the women. Their service to guests was really bad.
