Summer Hotel

The room felt dated and was cramped for four people. For the price, I expected better given the location and room quality. The outlets only took Malaysian plugs, so using adapters was a hassle. The hotel is in a commercial complex with some nightlife, though it felt safe enough for my kids. The receptionists weren't very friendly. On the plus side, the internet was fine, and the bathroom had working hot water. There's a laundry shop right outside and a restaurant a block away, so food options are close. The lift was handy with heavy luggage.

Good value, with a clean room and polite staff. They provide bottled water, and there's also a free water filter on the ground floor. It's close to gaya street. The bathroom smells bad on rainy days, but that's normal, just leave its window open. In the mornings, you can see lots of pegions when you hang out.

The staff were incredibly nice, and even kept our luggage safe while we went away on a four-day trip. The hotel was clean and close to the airport and lots of facilities in the town centre.

The bed was good and the rooms were quite clean, with good value for the money. It's in the Sheraton Hotel area, about a 20-minute walk from the water front. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mister Carmen, if I've got his name right. Thank you.
