Hotel Kooler Inn

The second room was better, but it still smelled horrible whenever the AC was off. There’s a key card for the electricity, so every time you leave, the heat and smell come back. We moved out of the first room straight away because of the awful smell and the view from the window (see pictures). I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The receptionists were professional and eager to help. The clean rooms and nice decor make for a pleasant atmosphere, though some walls are scuffed and need redecorating. At night I could hear people talking through the walls. Reception is on the first floor, and there’s no lift to get there.

It’s a basic budget hotel with a comfortable bed and lovely decor, right in a great central spot. I’d choose a deluxe room facing the front window. Just keep in mind there’s no lift, so getting to the third floor with lots of luggage means a long walk.

The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The location is right in the town centre, handy for attractions and places to eat around KK city centre. Rooms near the main road can get noisy sometimes.
