Self check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and cooperative. When I had a problem with the iron, they replaced it right away. Nice place to stay, recommended.

THE WORST PLACE!! PLEASE DON'T BOOK HERE. Finding the room felt like a scavenger hunt because it wasn't clear where to go. The keys were in a mailbox, and there was nobody there to help. The place was FILTHY, SMELLY, and DIRTY, with poor maintenance and a very old toilet. Getting my refund took almost two weeks. They required my IC, which I was foolish enough to send, and when I complained they said I was spamming them. The refund process can take days to weeks. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!!!!!!

Writing this at 12.30am, and I still can't sleep. Some damn music is unbelievably loud. I don't know where it's coming from, but the whole room feels like it's vibrating and my sensitive eardrums feel ready to pop. Ugh, awful experience. I haven't slept a wink 🫩🫩🫩🫩🫩🫩

Our apartment was very clean, nicely furnished, and equipped with everything we needed. During our three-day, two-night stay, we were comfortable, and the location attached to the mall made it easy to get to shops and amenities, including Zus Coffee and 7-Eleven. As a coffee lover, I especially appreciated that. NIOSH was just one building away, which was ideal for our training course. Parking was plentiful and easy to access. We arrived at Manhattan Suites ITCC, level 12, house no. 2, around 10:30 pm on June 9th, 2025. The common areas, especially the floors and lift, seemed poorly maintained, which was a disappointing first impression. The apartment itself had a nice view and seemed to be a studio, though it included a small separate room without air conditioning. The central air conditioning didn't improve much even after we set it to 18°C, but the sleeping area in the main hall was well air-conditioned. The place stayed comfortably cool day and night regardless. Despite the common areas, we had a very enjoyable stay and would consider coming back.
