The room was spacious and clean, but the mattress was awful, thin and low. There was no TV either. I couldn't get into my room with the card, so staff had to come and unlock it manually with a key. They didn't give me a key because it was the master key, which meant I had to bring one of them along whenever I went out.

Room 3003 was clean and comfortable, but the pillows were too thin and the towels had holes.

The service was very poor, and the management seemed badly run. I wouldn't recommend coming here.

The mattress made me itchy, and there wasn't a heater or a TV. There was also no water, and management didn't arrange any source of water, even for the middle of the night. The room rate was for a complete room, so I expected these basics. You have to wait for a staff member to turn on the air conditioning with its remote. One staff member had to wait a long time for the staff to help a customer, then go upstairs for the air conditioning and come back down to serve the next customer.
