The owners were incredibly kind when I needed urgent medical attention late at night. One drove me to the hospital, while the other was already there to explain why I'd come. The hostel is right in the middle of the Times Square development, with places to eat and 24-hour convenience stores nearby. Imago Mall is on one side, and Riversun/Gleneagles Hospital is on the other, both just a few minutes' walk away. The hostel has a fresh, clean look, with lots of timber and white, though some photos here show the previous hostel on the same site. It wasn't attended when I arrived, but I got in using a code sent over Whatsapp. I had the place to myself on the first night. The wifi wasn't working at first, but they fixed it and it worked great. There's a fridge and some kitchen equipment. I booked a queen room. The bed was quite firm. The ad mentioned a desk, but it was more like a wall shelf, with nowhere to sit. There were a couple of good-sized tables in the common area. I stayed three nights and would've stayed longer, but they were sold out.

The elevator made it easy to get to the hostel, which I appreciated since other hostels I've stayed at only had stairs. It's also in a handy location, just across the road from the big Imago mall. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfy, and they provided everything we needed in the bathroom. The air conditioning wasn't the coolest, but it was cold enough. The nightly price felt fair for what we got. Loved this place.

The air conditioning was cold enough, which was the best part. But the shower pressure was so low I could pee faster than water came out of the shower head, and all three bathroom shower-head holders were broken. The wooden bed was very noisy.

We were only here for one night while passing through KK, and the hostel felt clean, quiet, and homely. The owner communicated clearly and made self check-in easy even though we arrived late. I'd absolutely recommend it!

Be careful, you could end up in a bad situation like I did. The hostel owner sent a booking change request, and I understand their point of view. But I still don't see why they needed my mobile number to make the request by email. They could've just asked by email. At that point, I really didn't trust them anymore.
