Being right beside Jesselton Jetty made getting around on foot easy, and it's especially handy if you're planning to go island hopping. I was really happy with the stay. The room was clean, well kept, and spacious enough for a large group or family, while still being very affordable for its size. I'd definitely recommend it to others.

Right in the middle of the city, so it's easy to get to everything. The room is super clean and comfortable, and really cheap too. Best place to stay in kota kinabalu 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I've stayed here four times already. The room and bathroom are nice and clean, there's a washing machine, and the TV has Netflix and YouTube. I hope the owner sorts out the Wi-Fi, though. On my last visit it connected without internet.

The unit on Tower 1, Level 11 was pleasant, clean, and comfortable. The trouble was the doors slamming frequently at night, especially on weekends, which made it hard to sleep well. Things got much more peaceful after 1 a.m.

The best part of my holiday was leaving. The room was in terrible condition, and a random nail sticking up from the floor made it a safety hazard. There were shoddy fixes around the apartment, like it had been rushed together for the next guests as soon as the previous ones left. Looks like SSVC just wants the money without giving guests the bare minimum of hospitality. Thanks for ruining my holiday ❤️❤️❤️
