The cockroaches made this the most horrifying place I've ever stayed. They were all over the room, scurrying across the floor, walls, and bedside table. I kept every light on all night, afraid one would crawl on me, and didn't sleep a minute. The sofa was filthy too, covered in stains I couldn't identify and looking like it had never been cleaned. The bugs and dirty furniture made sleeping impossible. This wasn't some small oversight, it felt like a serious failure of basic hygiene and upkeep, and I'm furious that I wasted my money on such a traumatic night. Please maintain the property, fumigate the building, and replace the filthy furniture. No guest should have to go through this. I am demanding a

For a two-bedroom unit, the price felt worthwhile and the place was okay. What let it down was the bedding. The sheets and pillowcases seemed to have been used by previous guests, which was disappointing.

The place looks aesthetic and the sunset view is good, but my family and I were left waiting almost two or three hours just to get the key. The service was really poor and we're very disappointed. Please do more to improve customer service. Thanks...

It was too crowded, with the building full of Airbnbs. Management needs to put more effort into security.

We spent four days and three nights here with friends. The view was lovely since we had a sea-facing unit, and food and other things were easy to buy nearby. The rooms were clean and fully air-conditioned, and the lifts were fast despite the high density. It's hard to find a better price. There weren't any other facilities to use, the location was a little far from the centre, and the unit had too few power outlets. I'd stay again with a group, but not if I were travelling alone or with my spouse.
