We had a pleasant, relaxing 3D2N stay. Vincent was friendly, helpful, and always ready to lend a hand. The room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Highly recommended!

The rooms are modern, really clean, and very nice. The pool and gym are good too, though the dumbbells only go up to 10KG, which was a bit of a letdown. It would be useful to have an iron in the room. Vincent and Jason at the front desk gave great service and were very helpful throughout our stay. The area is quieter than the busy parts, which I liked. To get to the main area, you'll need a grab, about RM12, or a hire car. They let you park there, just register your number plate at the front desk.

The woman was nice and cute, but the guy at the front desk wearing specs was rude and unfriendly. I was trying to take a family photo and got a bitchy attitude and rude remarks from him.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would totally recommend it. There was some construction on our floor while we were there, but it didn't bother us much since we were out most of the time.

The room was really clean, spacious, and comfortable, and everything felt brand new since the hotel had just opened that month. Free wifi was available. It was a shame that some facilities, like the gym and bar, weren't open yet. I heard they'd open in February TT. If I visit Kota kinabalu again, I'd stay here.
