Likas Square Serviced Apartment

We stayed three nights, and the main problem was the lack of basic cleanliness, working facilities, safety, and consistent service. On arrival, the unit was dirty: the bathroom smelled musty and had visible mold, the bedsheet was stained and seemed unwashed, the side table was dusty, and the broken wardrobe door opened onto a filthy interior. The bathroom had very low water pressure, a missing diverter knob, and water came from both the shower and faucet whichever setting we chose. Its half-length screen still let water splash into the dry area, and there was nowhere proper to set toiletries. The kitchen bin had no lid, which wasn't good for hygiene or odors. The bedroom air-conditioning was noisy and didn't cool well, and its remote batteries were dead. Wi-Fi was so slow it could barely stream YouTube. The TV had no usable channels and couldn't cast from a phone. Furniture and decor were old and poorly maintained: the sofa showed stains and dirt easily, a large standing lamp took up room, gave little light and didn't work, and the thick living-area mirror felt out of place and uncomfortable. The floor panels looked cheap, were lifting and peeling at the edges, and had gaps that could trip someone. The dining table was tiny for the space, the bar counter had only one stool, and the entrance had several steps with no ramp for luggage or people with mobility needs. The small drop-off area also couldn't fit larger vehicles, making group arrivals inconvenient. The apartment door wouldn't lock, which was a serious security and peace-of-mind issue. Switches weren't labeled, and the air-conditioning power was linked to a switch marked “heater.” Since it was in the bedroom, I first thought it was for the water heater. We arrived before 9 am and found the ballroom set up, but the doors were chained and padlocked, so we waited outside for almost an hour. Staff gave inconsistent answers, too. Deposit payment options seemed to depend on who was on duty: cash only, QR only, then credit card accepted. That was confusing and unprofessional.

The room looked moldy, and it made me sick. The toilet was dirty, and the pipes weren't working properly. The gym doesn't work well either, so please fix it, or fikir ii la. The pool didn't look clean. I hope you'll do your best to make this a better place.

My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights. The room was cozy, but the service wasn't. It was raining hard and our flight wasn't until the evening, so at checkout we politely asked if we could leave our bags somewhere at our own risk. The woman at the desk answered in an arrogant tone that we couldn't. I've always been able to leave bags at other hotels, but not here. We also paid a fair amount and nobody told us there was a pool right outside the window, open from 7 am, with children making an incredible amount of noise. For a three-star hotel, I expected more care for guests.

The front desk team made check-in easy and were friendly and helpful whenever I had questions or requests. The apartment itself was clean, roomy, and nicely laid out, with comfortable furnishings and everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. I won't forget the lovely view from the balcony.
