For the price, this is a clean, very decent motel and one of the cheapest in the city. It's a very okay hotel.

The rooms are okay and the price is on the cheaper side. It's right opposite the bus station. The staff, though, are rude.

For me, it was a nice room. You can get a cheaper one from RM 35 if you're okay sharing the toilet and bathroom. It was just a little noisy, hehe.

The second floor was really noisy, with people slamming doors and talking loudly. I can see why the rooms cost less, but if you're looking for a room, I'd avoid that floor. The noise will get annoying.

If you're travelling a long way or just need somewhere for one night, this is a low-budget motel option. There aren't many facilities, so I wouldn't stay for long. Don't walk in and pay cash. Booking online can bring the price down to around 37 ++.
