Don't stay here. It's cheap, but extremely dirty. There were cockroaches everywhere, and the rooms smelled of cigarettes, sweat and urine. You couldn't find any staff.

The room was comfortable, and the facilities were clean with good amenities. It worked for a one-night stay, and I booked because it's near the bus station. Finding the place was a hassle: there are multiple locations inside the block, so I ran around for nothing. They only take cash, which wasn't mentioned, and I had to carry my luggage around the block to get to an ATM.
A cheap option for a few nights, with friendly staff and a good location. The hostel was hard to find, hidden on the first floor, and there are two different locations. The mattress and AC, the two most important things in a hostel room, were disappointing. I could feel every spring in the mattress, so sleeping was really difficult. The AC only runs from 7pm-7am, and the room gets so hot during the day that it's impossible to stay in it.
There's a nice view from the apartment, and the staff were helpful. It's spacious, with its own kitchen, five double beds and one single bed, plus a washing machine and dining table. The TV has a few channels. The location is convenient, with a few restaurants downstairs and within walking distance, including Singapore chicken rice, MacDonald and Pizza Hut. There's a grocery store nearby too.
It's a budget Hotel, but the rooms are spacious and the reception feels like a 5 star place. Keep it up.
