There was also a guard who yelled at us for not closing a door, even though we hadn't noticed it was left open and weren't the ones who opened it so wide that it wouldn't shut. Being firm is fine, but it can still be done politely. The water supply has been stopped. If there's no water, why is there water at the pool? I called customer service to ask why electricity was off on floors 19 to 22. The response was just, “ya ya busy kami ni,” which didn't answer my question and felt unprofessional. I waited for the person to be available, but he laughed with a friend and then left my call. Customer service should treat clients more nicely. I'm really disappointed.

Water interruptions have been happening every week lately, due to issues involving both JANS and Tower B management. Each time, management only gives an apology. With basic water and pipe management this unreliable, I have to wonder what Tower B offers over Tower A.

The tower has a few different layouts, and the views depend on which side you're on. One side looks toward the sunset and UMS Sabah, while the other faces the sunrise and kokol hill. The surroundings are nice, and the facilities are okay overall.

I stayed at the level 21 Homestay tower B yesterday. It was clean and very nice, with a wonderful balcony view. The receptionist was friendly, the service was very good, and parking was available. Seems like a good choice for a family holiday. I'd recommend it for a vacation.
