The room was too small, and the walk from parking to the hotel was far and scary. There were problems with the lift, shower, and air conditioner, and there was no TV in the room. You can only use the iron for 15 minutes. OMG, there was no receptionist available for early checkout. Guests have to wait until the 8am operating time, and I waited for hours to check out. If you can't wait, your RM50 deposit will be lost, so be careful about your flight time. What kind of hotel does this to customers?

I was stuck waiting for hours because there was no receptionist for an early morning checkout. You can't leave before the front desk opens at 8am, and if you can't wait until then, apparently your RM50 deposit is gone. Make sure the hotel knows your flight time. What kind of way is this to treat customers?

The room was a reasonable size, but the sheets were dirty. The air conditioner leaked onto the floor, there was no water before 6am, and there were insects too. Outside 218 storytel, in what felt like an almost abandoned building, the smell of urine was revolting.

Not worth the money. If you're on your own, just get a capsule, or pick one of the many budget hotels that are better than this.

We had a really pleasant stay. The hotel is quiet and the room was clean, and the staff were friendly. It's inside a mall, so it can be hard to find. The owner was especially kind and offered us a lift to the airport when he noticed us waiting in the lounge for our flight.
