The bed was comfy and the location was good, and for what we paid it was still worthwhile. But the sheets were dirty, the water pressure was weak, and there were some cockroaches in the common area. Also, that iiiiiii... broken alarm sound kept going through all three nights.

The staff were friendly and helped carry my bags up to the third floor, and the place is close to Mall ( center point ). My room had one large bed and one small one. There isn't a lift, no kettle for hot water, and the bathroom is much too small.

The room I'd booked was switched without telling me first. The TV wasn't connected, and the air conditioner wouldn't let me adjust the temperature and wasn't cold at all. The sink, glasses and tap in the bathroom were broken, the water ran slowly, and the bedsheet was dirty. There's no lift for heavy luggage either. Don't stay here, you'll be disappointed.

For two adults, they provided just one cup, and said they couldn't give us another when we asked. The towel was very thin, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, and the tissue roll wasn't replaced even though it was empty or damaged. The TV didn't work, had no sound and only one channel, and there was no remote. Even a motel could offer better for less.

The front desk staff did a good job warning guests about issues, especially the water cuts and having to walk up four floors. But the booking system didn't mention the lack of an elevator or accessibility information for disabled guests. It also gave no way to find out the room's floor or whether it had a window, and didn't warn about the water problems.
