Seven Boutique Hotel

We spent two nights here, and check-in and check-out were quick and simple. The counter is staffed 24 hours. Our room was very clean and spacious, with a TV, fan, AC, thermoflask, cups, stirrer, two bottles of water, two towels and a floor towel. Toiletries included toilet paper, toothbrushes and toothpaste, a comb, shampoo and soap. The staff were friendly and efficient, and explained things clearly when we arrived. They were happy to give us two more coffee sachets when we asked after using the ones provided. A water dispenser outside the lift was convenient for refilling the thermoflask. We didn’t need room service on the second day, but could have asked for it. Nearby are Sri Muslim restaurant, Servay supermarket, Bake with Yen, a café, bubble tea shops, Watsons with Pharmacy and the night market, among other places. E-hailing is easy, and the airport was just seven minutes away on our departure day. The WiFi initially gave us trouble, but a staff member kindly rebooted the router and got us connected. They were happy to help and never seemed frustrated. I really appreciated everyone’s diligent work and great service. Thank you!

I loved how comfortable the staff made us feel. The different shifts all gave the same great service, and everyone was helpful and friendly. The price is affordable, but the experience felt five-star. They provide a full set of toiletries: towel, soap, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrushes, comb and shower cap. The electrical appliances all worked well, and there’s a coway water dispenser outside the room. Amazing place and awesome staff.

We booked at the last minute because of a flight delay, so the room was a bit small, but it was good. There are shops and a supermarket nearby. Staff came to help us at midnight and were friendly. Good service.

Everything was superb for my one-night stay. The aircon was cold, there was a fan, and the facilities were complete, including an iron, hairdryer and toiletries. The staff were so friendly that they even opened the door for me when they saw me resting for a bit after parking my car. They also asked for guest feedback before checkout. Of course I’ll come again.
