We only learned shortly after 3 p.m. on check-in day that we had to transfer the deposit to a bank account to get access. That hadn’t been mentioned during booking, and sending money quickly to a Malaysian account from Germany wasn’t practical for us. We tried WhatsApp, phone calls, and Agoda messages, but got no reply while we were trying to find a solution, so we stayed elsewhere. They only responded after I asked for our payment back. They refused, citing a two-week cancellation policy and saying we hadn’t shown up for check-in. But how could we check in when no one would discuss the transfer problem with us? They offered no apology or explanation. To me, this felt like fraud. I wouldn’t stay there.

The waterfront view was lovely, especially at sunset, and the location worked well for everything I needed. The newly built apartment was high quality, clean, fully equipped, and had Wi-Fi and an entertainment system. I had a great stay and would come back.

The location and pool were the only decent parts. The building wasn’t clean or maintained, the equipment was poor, and it was noisy. Worst apartment I’ve stayed in in Malaysia.

The room Wi-Fi was so slow and difficult to connect to that I wouldn’t recommend this place if you need internet. Staff helped restart the modem, but it still didn’t work. And if you rely on mobile data, Digi users should avoid it too.
