There are supermarkets downstairs, and the night market, cafes and local food are all close by. Even though it’s near the airport, I could hardly hear planes going past, and the soundproof windows seem good quality. A great place to stay.

We split a one-night stay between three friends and paid RM100+, so the budget suite felt worth it. Check-in was at 3pm and checkout at 11am, and at least we had somewhere to sleep. The suite is in the Aeropod area, which has one entrance, though there’s also a nearby roundabout, so don’t miss the turn. Parking is limited because it gets crowded, but you can park outside too. The lot feels a bit deserted, so be careful, and there isn’t much privacy. The setup is mostly self-service, since almost everything is handled online. Inside, there’s a king bed and a single bed, mini fridge, hairdryer, steam iron, and shower heater. The water heater was broken, but that was fine. The facilities were satisfactory. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and even set to 16° it took nearly a whole night for the room to feel cold. The lighting was also very dim, which made putting on makeup hard.

The room had plenty of space, but it could have been cleaner: I found a lot of black hairs on the floor. You don’t meet the owner, though their support was quite good. Collecting the key was simple. It took me a while to figure out that the lift was behind the postbox room, and that you need to scan at the security door, then scan again to get the lift working. Otherwise, no complaints.

We booked a large family room and it was very good, bright and spacious, just as shown in the pictures. The location is convenient for the airport. They also provided some cutlery, which came in handy. There are shops and local cafes downstairs for food and snacks.
