It was easy to get to, especially coming from Singapore, and the peaceful room made it easy to rest after travelling. My fiancé found the stay comfortable and stress-free. The room was cozy and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the facilities were enough for an overnight visit. The little things, like the neat arrangement, were appreciated. We were surprised by how welcoming everyone was. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. For a 3-star hotel, the cleanliness and service were much better than we expected. We were both happy with the stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a simple, comfortable place for the night.

The bathroom water pressure is very good, and the front office service was good too. But the room was dusty, the air-conditioner filter hadn't been cleaned, and the unit didn't work well. The pillow was really bad.

The pillows felt old and need replacing, and the bidet holder was broken or worn out. There was also a strong cigarette smell in the room, which made the stay unpleasant. I hope management takes note and improves the rooms' condition and cleanliness for future guests.

There was plenty of parking and the location was good. The hotel is quite old, though, and the bathroom was dirty and hadn't been cleaned properly. At RM120 a night, I expected more. I'd only recommend staying here if you don't have another option.

I've stayed here almost 10 times, and the air-conditioning problem keeps happening. It takes more than an hour to cool the room, and every room I've had seems to have trouble getting cold. Today I had to switch rooms because the air-conditioner wasn't cooling. Really bad. Please replace all the units, and admin, tell the owner about this review.
