There was no one at the reception counter to help when we needed it, and other guests’ children kept running and shouting outside our room. It made the stay uncomfortable and far from relaxing. The room itself was okay, but the water pressure was very slow. We’d stayed at Hotel Anggerik Impian about two years earlier and had a much better visit, with smooth check-in and check-out and a comfortable room. That good experience is why we returned during Raya. This time, check-in and check-out were fully online, which we could accept, but the lack of staff and the noise made it disappointing compared with our previous stay.

This was my fifth stay here, and the checkout was easy and convenient. The service is very good, with fast Wi-Fi, filtered Coway water, an iron, a snack bar, and extra towels and pillows at no charge. The hotel smells lovely and is SUPER CLEAN.

It feels like home, and the floors are spotless, with no dust. I love this place and can see it becoming my favourite for future stays. It would be good to have some facilities for disabled guests (OKU) too.

The floors are new and clean, and the room was tidy. The water heater and air conditioning both worked very well. I’d be happy to return if I travel here again. Keep up the cleanliness.

There aren’t any cafes within walking distance, so you need a car to go out for meals. That was okay and not a problem for me. The room was clean and spacious for one person, and it suited my work trip.
