Wi-Fi was available, but the signal was weak and kept cutting out. The room smelled unpleasant, the toilet was dirty and stank, and dead cockroaches were scattered around. The place was unclean, and I could feel the bed springs while lying down.

I booked the most expensive room, the family room, because I needed a water heater to bathe my baby with hot water. It wasn’t working, and management didn’t offer compensation. There was no technician available either. Really bad experience, and rm100 for that room wasn’t worth it. Agoda had a cheaper price, but there was an extra rm10 service fee. The room itself didn’t smell, but I was so disappointed about the heater.

The restaurant next door serves delicious food from 8am until 2pm. The place itself is humble, comfortable, clean, and very quiet, with no traffic noise or call to prayer heard.

I made a booking, but when I arrived there was nobody around to get me into a room. I waited in the lobby without AC for 3/4 hours, then walked down the street with all my bags to find somewhere else to stay. They charged me for the room and added a fee for not showing up. Absolutely awful experience. This place is a scam, and I don’t recommend it.
