The building smelled really nice, and everything was very clean. The service was super kind, and we could use a fridge. If you're lucky, you might even get some delicious homemade biscuits. The location worked well too, about two minutes from the bus station and 15 from the jetty.

The owner was quick to respond, explained the local area and even helped arrange an airport pickup.

I could hear a lot of street noise, and maybe a karaoke bar too, because my room's window wouldn't close properly. Mosquitoes also bothered me during the night. The lady at reception was lovely and very accommodating, though. Inside, the room and shared areas were clean, the shower worked well, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was well equipped, and there was a clean fridge and kettle in the common areas.

I enjoyed trying the different foods at Pasar Pagi on Mondays and Fridays. The hotel is right by the bus station, supermarket and wet market, which made the location convenient. It's a budget place, but I was really satisfied with the staff service. My room and toilet were very clean, and the mattress was comfy. I'd definitely stay again and hope they keep up the good service.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the room and bathroom were spotless. There's a fridge in the common area, with lots of restaurants nearby. On Friday at 7 AM, a big local market starts just outside the hotel. I had an amazing nasi kerabu there before catching the bus to KL!
